What rules has the reported player broken? this person and his friend Kacperx50 aren't talking english on the mic even if I told them to do so, I told them to talk english on mic but they keep talking a different language

Both are Romanians I presume, but are not playing on BlackWonder servers atm so admins can't go warn them. Although their voice sounds young so I doubt them even understanding English well.
Both have not been muted or banned before, that's why I suggest a warning from admin next time.

Next time, provide server (ip or name) so admins can easily join. Or get a demo. Instructions on how to record you can find it back HERE.

No proof... again... imagine if i was a regular player, not an admin.
i can make a report against you without any proof... you will be like ""WHAAAAT? but i didn't do any of that!!!""

And what is worst is if it was accepted, you would flip out and never come back to our community...

Again, a proof is needed, we can't just punish players without any proof.
