Hello, thanks for reporting,
by the looks of it you're talking about the instance where Lycan allows the medic on red team to guide the other reds to climb (most likely because climb isn't very well known on that map.)

Although this is technically favoritism it isn't really the kind worth punishing.

The red medic doesn't receive any form of advantage in the mini-game itself so he doesn't gain any advantage (or disadvantage) trying to gain LR (the main reason to be on red).

Letting heavies run can be classed under the class specific category which is more often then not just to ensure certain classes don't have a considerable advantage nor disadvantage. (or in this case to keep rounds quick)

the closest thing I could class this as is trusting reds (which isn't entirely worth punishing in this case either since it isn't linked to the death of a red or a rebeler)

As far as I'm concerned this should be declined but I'll leave it open for a week because I seem to have a track record for messing up stuff on forums

I encourage other admins and mods to review this as well

Kirito if you would like to give more context you're free to DM me on discord or reply here, I'll try to reply within a day.

Pending for now.

Line leaders are considered favoritism, as that red can go as fast, or as slow, as he wishes, and none of the other reds can pass him. Allowing heavies to run to "catch up" is forbidden for a similar reason, as it extends a liberty to certain reds that others can't take advantage of.
@Kirito Player has been punished, thx.
@Sophisticated Scout Demoted ;p
