The rules for Jeopardy state that if the Warden was not to define his own set of rules, he should follow the default definition as listed in the Jeopardy rule. The demo you provided starts in the middle of the game, where Lox is giving his orders over the mic, and doesn't show him giving his own definition, so there is no way to verify whether or not he gave his own definition or not. I'm going to be closing this report based off my reasoning above, which ultimately results in a lack of evidence.
