As apparently there was no sufficient evidence.
So I went ahead and did some research.
The result wasn't too surprising.

What is there to prove to show he's guilty?
Part 1: He is on red

Look at 18:00 where he joined RED and since then did not disconnect or join BLU.

Sadly, the event log missed out on this one. But there is proof to find in the server chatlog.

Here you can see him pretty much admitting he was ghosting, the only thing left to talk about is the part Miyuki mention in her reply, ghosting is allowed while the player is delaying.

Now, I'm pretty sure this means ghosting to help someone end the delay is allowed.
Which Kyle did not do. He supported the red delayers.
How do I prove this? Once again the chatlog helps.

As you can see Tonda and Nemesis are talking about teleporting. To be specific, they're talking about Nemesis teleporting away with the Eureka-Effect.

Sadly once again hlstats cut off and didn't track Nemesis joining red, but luckly Nemesis was replying to Tonda in teamchat. Meaning they have to be in the same team which leads me to this:

So all three players are in the same team, RED, and Nemesis is an engineer ready to teleport away with the Eureka-Effect. Kyle tells them "THEY ARE COMMING." in teamchat, which can only mean he gave the living REDs, most likely specifically Nemesis the correct time to escape (teleport away) thus supporting the delayer.


If there still will be no action taken against Kyle, which I could fully understand, at least maybe rephrase the rule so it isn't as missleading.

I suggest:
No ghosting: Giving information about a player while being dead, for example: telling where a player is, unless the ghosting helps preventing delaying. Breaking this rule can get you gagged/muted.

Of course this isn't waterproof but it should be beyond any reasonable doubt.

Hm. You gave the wrong evidence for https://stats.blackwonder.tf/hlstats.php?mode=playerhistory&player=635622, as you screenshotted him switching to engineer at 19:30. However, he does change to engineer at 18:17 so this mistake can be disregarded.

In terms of the actual report, I can't see any flaws in this evidence. The context is a bit hard to grasp but 3 things are made clear with proof:
-Nemesis, Tonda and Kyde are all on Red.
-Nemesis and Tonda are alive and are engineers with the Eureka Effect.
-Kyde says in team chat to the red team that "THEY ARE COMMING".

Now in logical terms, this kind of ghosting can't be the ghosting of delayers as saying "THEY ARE COMMING" implies the Blue team are actively searching for the Red team. Which means he was giving information in order to help red team escape from blue team who were actively attempting to find the reds.

In my opinion, this report is valid. Ben is currently in the process of accepting this report. Thank you for your time.

Okay, as Grizzly said the red team are trying to actively rebel, they are communicating to each other about how they are going to do it. Blue team are actively trying to find the rebelers as Kyde states "THEY ARE COMMING".
So neither Red or Blu team are delaying. Now as Kyde has said "THEY ARE COMMING" in team chat, he is trying to keep it away from the Blu team as he could have easily put it in global but he chooses to put it in Team Chat. Now that we know this we can safely assume that he is trying to help the Red team rebel while dead by saying where the guards are, not specifically, but its still helpful to know for the reds making it easier for them to rebel.

Giving Kyde a 1 day gag for Ghosting.

Rip, got lied to and since the other guy didn't provide any evidence I thought it was because there was none. Either way that report was invalid for lacking evidence but marked for different reason. ;-;
