Any other proof you have Derpo freekilling could considered MFK by me and KAWAEI.EXE hes not giving orders and freekilling.

Players have been punished, but KAWAEI.EXE is not punishable, as I require the whole round to have solid proof that he did not give orders. Therefore, I cannot confirm nor deny that it was a freekill/freeday.
Could you please provide the steamID of the other demo that went warden in tmpdemo5? He is punishable for not giving orders/no mic.
