What is the reason of the report? In the demo QuakeQuake, some freekilling, I only see it done by melvin and -_-, but I might be wrong.
JFK✈ was the last blue that wasn't listed in this report, and in case he did rule break its [U:1:14969930]

In the demo Quake, near the end of the round, some freekilling done by Jemeh, I think he only killed one non-rebelling, and if that was the case, they were the last non-rebelling.

In quake.dem, Slav Dog was not rebelling. jemeh's been teambanned for a day
quakequake.dem is a 7 second demo where jemeh slags me off and a Heavy does a little jig. Not valid evidence for -_- or melvin. Thread'll stay open for a day so you can post proper evidence

My demos got renamed or something, not sure what happened. Try the quake2 demo.
I'm pretty sure Moonman and smokeydew were the ones who got freekilled, but there was a lot happening.

From what I see in the new demo, -_- freekills right after the warden tells everyone to move. Melvin does kill someone but only because they start rushing up to him, so that falls under forcebaiting
