What rules has the reported player broken?
Using the uurspawn 0 glitch to get upgrades on weapons you would not normally be able to get (Look at the pistol in the screenshot. NOTE the +- recharge rate, as thats from the demo shield tweak and you CAN NOT get it on the pistol) He is also a repeat offender, as he does it in SOME WAY every time he is on
