Pretty sure I got everyone, though there's no way to be sure without cannibalizing the demo. Thanks for reporting.
Jack's not getting punished for this, since short of simply massacring all the micspammers (which he could've done if his repeat was overtalked), there was no way for him to give coherent orders.
