What is the reason of the report? Possible aimbot / Poor Gamesmanship?

Any other proof you have Guy gets uncanny headshots. Recorded demo. He either appears to tun on and off a aimbot while in game. He frequently logs in and out to reset his score to possibly hide his kills. He also takes frequent breaks as to make it seem he is not hacking. I complained about it last week by making a claim in chat to him that he was cheating and he remembered me.
I could be wrong and he could be a incredible sniper.
Anyways, was chilling on the server and he appeared to target active players, even friendlies. Even after people have asked him to chill as they were trying to strange farm, he continues to kill them and calmly states that he wishes to continue killing them.
Poor gamesmanship on his part, not bannable, but oh well, best I could do is submit this weeks observation.
I'll be on this guy in the future if you guys don't have enough proof. Maybe I'll get lucky. Just can't stand his game style and a bunch of us were incapable of combatting his uncanny aim. I guess I should have recorded a demo using one of my alts while playing. All the Pixels are my alts which are in game as well, idling for drops. Below is a list of some players who were on (minus who was on previously or after recording). hrtzvere also recorded some evidence as he too had a beef with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
