What rules has the reported player broken?: Mass freekill

Proof: The game kept crashing when I pass around tick 47000, don't know why
But I'm sure its around tick 50000 near the end of it when it occurred. I'm hoping that it can play well on someone else's PC and sorry for the inconvenience.
