I have trouble understanding what was said in the video, but from what I heard there was nothing said besides him claiming he is a racist, which on its own isn't a punishable offence.

oh and by the way, here's an explanation:
Gag means no text chat
Mute means no voice chat.
Hopefully that explains that he's able to talk even though I gagged him.

Also, if the person is actively playing on the server when the report is resolved, they won't be punished until they re-connect to the server. I recommend using !calladmin or asking in our discord's requesthelp channel for assistance.

I'm afraid the new piece of evidence doesn't really show anything punishable. What he's mumbling about is claiming to be a racist, but just claiming to be one isn't really against the rules on its own. Do you have other pieces of evidence?
