If this is done in error, the ban can be undone and a gag can be issued. However, due to the evidence provided, I agree with your assessment that this is an alt account of a fairly well-known evader. ็DJ Quik (STEAM_0:0:852342328) will be banned for alting, although I will be leaving this open for review from confirmation from the likes of @10000 Cold Knights or @Chris TCC as they have the most experience with who I suspect this to be.
