What is the reason of the report? Consistently ghosting rebellers/people during VSH
i don't know if the screenshots would be enough evidence as i can't prove they weren't delaying but he was doing it quite often. Only reporting because people were asking him to stop consistently and he wouldn't.

You're right. Unfortunately, screenshots aren't sufficient proof in this context.
The entire server telling him to stop is also not evidence, as I've had cases of a whole server of 30 players banding together to falsely accuse someone of breaking the rules.

I'll leave this report open for a bit but if not it'll be declined.
