Guy has been punished (shame you didn't go first person, from the way he was snapping he could've been cheating as well).
Cinder will not be punished since you are allowed to use FF on mass freekillers, and he did so without anyone else dying (though it normally should be a last resort, if staff have been contacted and haven't responded). Thanks for reporting.
