What is the reason of the report? He kept saying the N-Word while he was gamer raging on illGrigs dominating him again and again in a sniper battle. He also said he'd come back with Aimbot and had just disconnected from the game when I ended the video, so maybe you'll get another report about him rage hacking later.
He's also apparently a Brony, go figure.
Any other proof you have 1:36 Vulpix says he's going to come back with Aimbot.
