What is the reason of the report? Spawn camping on TDM.

In the video, sniper dots were going into the spawn room, the spawn door was open and pipes were spammed into spawn, uber medics and scouts were hiding right outside the door. There are 3 spawn exits on hightower. All 3 of them were camped. I just put together all the highlights so that admins could get a general idea.
If needed, I will post the full unedited clip. I think this should be enough to showcase that they spawn camp from every door and prevent anyone from leaving.
