What is the accused persons SteamID? STEAM_0:1:103350213

What rules has the reported player broken? This player was caught spawncamping (using stickies at the spawn door). I requested he stop, but he didn't seem to want to listen.

Spawncamping is only dissallowed for Orange maps because you are in the spawn camping and it only has one spawn.

Actually, Spawncamping isn't allowed on 2fort either but since most players just can't do it for too long I rarely punish someone for it. Also I don't know how long this lasted, could give the player a few hour ban but I don't see the point, sorry. If I was on the server I'd have taken care but a lot of f2ps and all sorts of casual players break this rule on 2fort, and it's an easy rule to break because the spawns are in your way if you want to get to the intel.
