Also I'm pretty sure he's a serial alter/ban evader that has gone under the names of

He always joins under different alts, harasses players, freekills and breaks the rules, then leaves and comes back with another alt.
Also an admin was on during the match and was active (admin message at 2:30) but didn't do anything about it, which was weird.
