Demo is way too short, most of time he is just walking around.. The suspect made only one suspicious shot on the scout at start, that i assume was a good flick shot, and at the end was looking though walls to charge his shot to be prepared, not even looking at the enemy sniper.
Please, next time record longer and make sure the player is 100% cheating.
Maybe you put wrong demo of him cheating? It was a turbine map, not ctf 2fort.
