What rules has the reported player broken? Faked a Freerun and started spamming.
After I started votegag he tried to avoid it... Even thou it was failing because on Deathrun noone cares it seems.

Has some comm.blocks in the past. Met him few times there. 3 day silence should show he has to respect players and stop spamming. Warned him for it few times, even gave him a 2 hour silence for it.
