Increased Fumante's micspam length for 2 days, also banned him for an hour for building in Climb at VSH LR
Though, i can't teamban him for "MFK" because he truly didn't told people to start the minigame, he just said "Get inside of obby".

Edit: Nvm, got a heads up that it were indeed a tricky order, and so he were teambanned for 1 week too
