0-5500 normal engineer gameplay, no camping or delaying here.
69500-87319 don´t seem to me staying at corner as revolver spy and not moving like he is AFK is camping.
Delaying - its when everyone else is dead and player is wasting time, so round don't end for a long time. How he could delay round, if everyone else was alive?
Entire demo he was playing normal.
