Due to the presence of micspam from the other two users depicted in the clip, and lack of priors, dylz (STEAM_0:1:612379881) will be warned for micspam. It's fairly hard to hear him over the gamesounds and other micspammers, but he was contributing in a way I think is most appropriately dealt with via warning.
