What rules has the reported player broken?
MFK (See tick 4000) and toxic in chat.(Drill)

This isnt the first time that this has happened from drill and this is the second time i was finally able to catch him in the act. You can clearly see him mow down the line of prisoners, 9 or 10 immediately died and began being toxic in chat. (Drill)
After the MFK and successfully voteslaying him, I gave the rest of the prisoners free day due to the MFK. Afterwards, obergruppenführer began to freekill two of the prisoners after i gave him specific orders not to.
