What is the reason of the report? Player was yelling and screaming over voice chat for the sole reason of annoying the server. I called votemute/gag about 10 times, but player disconnected and reconnected each time.

This player was votemuted about five times prior to me starting this recording. Every time he was muted he would disconnect and reconnect to continue screaming over voice chat. Is there any way to tweak the code to allow a votemute to stick on the player for at least a couple of hours?
