Saying, "Slay yourself or I'll do it" doesn't really count as impersonating an admin. If I'm not mistaken, donators have the ability to !voteslay players. Unless he literally says, "I'm an admin" or wrongfully calls for a vote to slay you, then there's no rules being broken here.

And if you could use the proper report form in the future, that would be awesome.

If the events panned out the in the way you describe it did, then you're in the right. It's all void however, without actual evidence that it happened like that.

'Slay yourself or I'll do it' would only be proof if you had footage of the actual incident, in which case he'd get a warning or lose his rights altogether. Not so much impersonation unless explicitly stated or using an admin's name.
