What is this accused person's SteamID?: STEAM_0:1:459677481

What rules has the reported player broken?: Harrassing me and being a general nuisance to the DeathRun #2 server.

Other info: Formerly known as "Vlat", DeliriouS was notorious for exploiting the spectator glitch quite often and has another also named DeliriouS which has been VAC banned (steamID of said profile: STEAM_1:1:455335433 )
The attached files are mostly harassing comments towards me and i haven't been through the entire log. Rest assured i will add more if I find more evidence.

The screenshots you provided aren't really worth punishing for. I did however see other stuff in his logs that I am gagging him for.

Record a demo if you want to report and provide proof of him exploiting the "spectator glitch".

I can't ban him unless you can prove a correlation between him and the banned account; Delirious isn't a unique name.
