That's what I've done before, for that 1st treaty to set things at peace. I said everything I did wrong (admitted), those two got cocky and I requested that this drama was to end. Next day, Attack starts it up again and tries to blame me for it when he was the 1 who stated that "you (me), Enick, and Zoid (either Zoid, or someone else that I can't remember) should kill yourselves, Group suicide." Fine, you can call me a brat or a kid. I'm no hero, when I even went to blood lust rage when he tried to DOX me. All of these people were involved due to the other side, I tried to give them my half of the story any how (Zyper was involved since he dated Duncan, so CybuR tried to get the two of them to do shit while Duncan continued to threaten that he'd cut himself. From that point, Zyper broke up with Duncan and backed off from their group. Yet, CybuR still tries to use him as a messenger, he told me what CybuR had done about the DOX and was the one who conveyed it to me). I know that this doesn't include your server, but I'm trying to be able to go somewhere to avoid this ridiculous drama. He ended up following me here, which is the only place that can have a possible chance of being an area which I can avoid him. He really didn't care that he was banned, his response was "Oh, cute." then he went off to another server while I finally had peace. It's balderdash that CybuR has tried to follow me, server to server, just to carry out a pointless argument in which he resulted in trying to threaten my life. I called CybuR out because he exploded the chat with this drama, so I removed him from it which is why he started trying to use people and carry it on to the servers. I don't have any intent to carry this drama out, all I want is to be done with him. When he's gone, the issues he tried to start will be his own issue. The screenshots I showed, were all the things I said and did toward the start of the issue before I cut the ties in hopes to end the problem. For me, there was no way to do so until everyone stopped trying to convey stuff for them (which is why I said they needed to cut the ties, all it did is allow messenger pigeons for CybuR in hopes to carry the drama in an indirect fashion). Since it was already shown that CybuR tried to use that same chat, with a copy in paste function. It shows how he adjusted it in hopes to be a "holy savior." When all he is, is a drunk fool that wants to toy with people. He can give reasons and half truths (which might as well be lies) that justify his reason, in the end he even knows that it gives him nor anyone else the right to try and put a person's life at risk.
Anyhow, I might know a way for you to get some of the truth behind what CybuR said. He deeply cares for Attack, whom has been offline, and Attack has a irl friend that I can chat with (I get along with this player). If you were to say that "Happy The Flying Cat, Attack's irl friend, just contacted me saying that Attack admits to the DOX. He said that he was done with Red, so he tried to scare him. Terry even stated that he sent the website link to Attack, so he could use it to his free content. This means that I should ban Attack for these actions." That right there, will make CybuR change what he's said since he would realize that what he's been avoiding would lead to the person whom he has no intent to get blamed. So either he'll end up confessing as I hope, or he'll continue to blame his friend for it. If you are to watch CybuR' actions very carefully, how he acts toward you and me is very different from what he does when he thinks he doesn't need to put on a masquerade. As we speak, I've already requested a friend of mine (who's been a messenger from CybuR already) to keep an eye on him and catch him when he's not trying to fake anything. That's when you'll hear what he really does and tries to do at the moment. Can I add, that NeoBaz did admit that CybuR tried to find his address through DOX as a prank, which was supported by a ZenoFox. Right there, that is proof that he's done it and told Baz that he was.
If anyone tried to paint me as a villain in anyway, I really don't care unless it's lies and such to turn my friends (what CybuR was doing) which is who I contacted once they told me or demonstrated that CybuR had said something to them. They all want this to end, which isn't possible since they know that CybuR will end up dragging the issue on and on until either I die or he replaces me as his target with some other kid. Now that he thinks that you guys believe him, I'm deficient that he's getting cocky this second and will eventually come back here to get "supporters" if he decides to continue to drag this issue out with a larger crowd. Even if CybuR didn't DOX, he still used it to support the drama and make the whole thing worse for everyone around the community.
As I showed in that chat, some of it, everything I've been doing and have done has always been toward the same goal. Which is in a way, isolation from the problem. In my mind, drama is just a waste of breath and space. When someone tries to assault me, the only instinct I have is to get rid of them rather than give them the attention they want or be the recessive person in a group. CybuR could say that I'm trying to be tyrant, or some load of bull. I don't want control and I don't want to be anyone's mat that they trample on. As before, the only thing I care is to get rid of the problem in this case it is CybuR. I don't care how I'm viewed, how it goes, or what I need to do. In this case, all I can do is gather info and put the whole story that CybuR tries to use in his advantage. I would suggest that CybuR were to post logs of what he's said, to show that my actions are just counters to what he's up to. But I don't trust him and I know that he could easily adjust the info since he'd be collecting it. With the past I had, CybuR isn't the first one to try DOX/DDOS me and isn't the worse case. The only downfall was that in the community I was in, there was strict restrictions of it and I had a good recording software (it was a 30-day trail of Action xD). So people tend to just admit it, or someone in their group would end up telling the truth. In my case.
I don't care if I win or lose. The day that the drama ends, is the day I'll be happy for. Just at this point, I need to keep on my toes to avoid CybuR's drama as he continues to join each server I'm on (he did state it once, that he continues to follow me because he thinks I'm "scared" of him). When in all reality, I just want the issue to end rather than slap some sort of temporary solution like the attempts to put things a peace or treaty. I tried to put a peace between the group, but when they push their luck and make things worse. Then the peace is broken, which is what happened 2-3 times in total. I tried to avoid the drama and stop the spread of the issue (why I contacted people whom he talked to, in hopes to rally them. I even warned some to be cautious, since it would be soon that CybuR would already try to convince them), so it can't be said that I tried to keep friendship bonds. In the end, it showed who I could and couldn't trust. It also showed people's true personalities such as Duncan, the only people I really lost were one's who ended up make the drama worse with CybuR = Duncan and Attack. People can look down on me or say I'm an idiot for this whole issue. I know what I believe to be true, what I hope to do, I have nothing to hide nor do I want to waste others time to pick away at what I have. I'm putting the whole problem, here and now, rather than your accused trying to pull it back bit by bit to drag out the argument. As always, I'm sure I lack something in records that would've been beneficial or didn't go in depth with something. Just let me know if he tries to pull something else up, that I haven't already stated, and I'll do my best to put those records up as well. As he says at this point, this argument is what justified his reason for threatening me. He must've known that I would eventually gather the info, which is why he sent it to others in private chat and why he would use mic to say it rather than a public chat. (that's why I added those STEAM links, since their the only one's who've seen the threats typed out since he used them. I know that their testimonies won't be much, still worth a shot rather than giving up).
I would've put this in private, if I'm sure how to do that..... I do apologize though, that this is in a public chat which might cause some issues... Could you message me? That way the private chat is set up? Or do I need to do some crazy things, where I have to go through some things to establish it? Or am I just being stupid and there is a simple way to do it, such as adjusting this threads settings?......
