Any other proof you have As of making the report, the player has been in the server for 4 hours with a cumulative total of 16 points on the

scoreboard. The player was spinning for the entire duration I was connected, was communicating asking how long he's been connected, as well as a couple other minor things, and was killing himself with his rocket launcher on some rounds.

I doubt this report is even valid as the evidence doesn't exactly amount to much as he seemed to go fully afk (no longer suiciding with his launcher) when I decided to record him.

Round 1 recording shows him suiciding with his launcher while still spinning. The other demos are the following rounds, but he does not suicide.

I understand the reason of that report , but there aren't specific rules that says , you cant be afk.

Only in the case that he have turn on hale queue then report him being hale ,while he is afk could be a good one.

As I said above, the player is intentionally afk. You can see this with the spinning and shooting himself.

He's intentionally AFK in a hale server which is a detriment to the RED team as it gives hale more health.

I'm not gonna argue the outcome of the report as I expected as much. If you happen to see him for yourself in the server doing this, you may well change your view on it.
