i have a question, why do some reports get resolved quickly (mainly ones from staff members) however the rest take time even though many have enough evidence to close immediately?

@Slice I'm not 100% sure but I don't think there's enough evidence to team ban because it doesn't account for the fact that you may have rebelled at the beginning of the round. I recommend you record a demo next time so I can watch the whole round.

In this clip there is sufficient evidence of mass free hitting and freekilling intentionally as I can watch the whole round in the demo.
