What is the reason of the report? Mass freekill (1st/top demo, tick 2000 until he dies, 2nd/mid demo, tick 3500 and 8500), freekill (tick 7000 of 3rd/bottom demo), and button griefing (start of 3rd/bottom demo, tick 4000, and tick 8000)

I want to give my input on this, this guy doesn't know what to do. I've seen him on for the past 2 weeks with the same freekilling type of vibe, and what do you know? He freekills and says he didn't know what to do or saying that "he/she" hit him first. Quite sad to be honest. This guy has been doing this for far too long with no punishments.
EDIT: I want to also include my version of him, in my clip, he lets a RED go into armory for no reason. Thanos steve freekills the medic but I will make a seperate report on him later, as I did not get his steam ID
