Resolved Report against Chimes (AU Jailbreak)

What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:0:458047483

What is the reason of the report? Mass-freekilling in 2 consecutive rounds. In the second round he purposely went warden and killed everybody in sight after a teamban was voted on him. He also proceeded to try and play off the situation by trying to give the last guy Last Request and calling me the n-word when I confronted him about what he did by calling him a clown as seen towards the end of the first clip.

I have contacted breezie about it prior to making this thread and I am also sure that no rule warrants freekilling under any circumstance let alone mass-freekilling.

Chorf has provided video evidence on Shadowplay which can be found in the "other proof" section of the thread in the form of a mediafire link for anyone to download and see.

I heard that this is clearly a reoccurring thing with this person, I would like this to stop entirely by getting him banned imminently.
