Spawncamping on 2Fort, as a demoman. Can also be seen lingering around the main spawn, however, this is not against the rules. The person has repeatedly been told to stop and has been continuously spawncamping throughout the course of about half an hour.
Proof:
In the demo, he can be seen doing what is previously mentioned in this report. And there is also a screenshot of us telling him to not spawncamp.
