I went through a couple thousand ticks of the demo but I can't seem to find anything.
Could you please give some ticks in the demo where the accused player is breaking the rules?
The file when played at 100% speed is around 30 minutes. Sadly, I don't have enough time to spend watching a single demo.

I have watched start and the last part of demo and didn´t find toxicity. Can you provide ticks?

So I don't know if I'm even supposed to get involved since I am not related to this at all, but I had a lot of free time and I was bored so I watched the entire demo. And since OP didn't respond I've market every single moment I could find that might qualify even a bit as toxicity

Alright, I went through these points and yeah, at times cheater slayer can be a little brash and rude, but there isn't quite enough IMO to qualify as "toxicity".
