he did not do that for his teammates

After having a look at the provided video, I have concluded that the reason they were airblasting was to save themselves and their teammates, which who wouldn't do, would you rather just the hale kill you and everyone else? That does not mean that they're griefing, in fact they're being helpful by keeping themselves and others alive in order to defeat the hale sooner. They were also simply trying to airblast CBS's arrows in hopes of doing damage with those. Therefore I will be declining this report as well.

A recommendation for you. Not every pyro is trying to grief, therefore it doesn't always warrant a report, please try and read the situation and the circumstances and not report everyone.
If you do happen to meet someone that does in fact have the goal of griefing and ruining the game for everyone else, feel free to report them with valid evidence.
