What is the reason of the report? Stealing Rockets all the time, this player goes out of his way to steal rockets, even in a older report he did against me for insta-refelcting he steals rockets, and on that report i questioned the responsible admin and nothing has been done, so i am doing a formal report.

I am pinning my comment on this report also as proof that nothing has been done about it.

Also, i am re-sending this report since i forgot to write that it was the brazilian dodgeball server and it got declined.

He broke the no stealing rule and stealing is NOT allowed on the brazilian server.

Fun fact: You were behind me the whole time and there are times when blackwonder doesn't alert the rocket by bug as soon as I reflected because it was coming towards me.
Or if I don't reflect I just die for a rocket that isn't even mine. ;-;
