Clearly in the video buzz realized his mistake as he says no in chat lmao, he just got his donor from what I heard, 30 minutes mistake if he apologized I bet he wouldn't do it again lol. Just a report to report imo. Edit: pepper (the guy who got gagged) wasn't even mad he understood it was a mistake don't know why you would make this at all if you were on the server as well.

In this singular situation, I believe it it reasonable to pardon Buzz for what seems to be a mistake. If it happens again, though, the same defense most likely won't be accepted.

Due to this, I will be marking this report invalid.
