What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:225904613

What is the reason of the report? I started recording the demo, suspecting a different player would freekill. Instead, I forgot I was recording a demo, and I caught bluish killing people for a stupid reason or for no reason. The demo is a bit long, but the things they done is more around the end.
