What rules has the reported player broken?
"BLEACH" kept causing freedays previous rounds. The first round was the only round I recorded. He waited until cells opened without giving commands. Player also has a terrible microphone.

Okay, so their account is just a few days old. Here is what I did. You are 100% correct in the fact that you aren't allowed to give random freedays. Instead of banning them (I cannot team unless I'm on the server with them) I muted them for 2 days, with reference to this report as well as instructions on where to find the rules for JB.
