What rules has the reported player broken? Freekilling, overtalking, claiming he was freekilled all the time when he wasnt

Could you provide me with the ticks where it happened at please? It's a long demo...

Only found one instance of freekilling but that's because TF2 crashed when I tried to rewind and I skipped along quite a lot. GGWP computer.
Occurred around tick 205000, victim was Copyright and he was given around 3 seconds to comply before BILLY gave him the ol' 1,2 out of nowhere
Probably more in there because BILLY does have a history of "accidental" freekills and overtalking but I cba to check

Banned Billy for 5 days as he talked over the warden, and killed Copyright for not reading the wardens mind earlier to do the orders any quicker than he could have done.
