What is the accused persons's SteamID? [U:1:838943343] and [U:1:446653484]

What is the reason of the report? Both mass freekilled within a jailbreak server.
Note: The events mentioned above are at the end of the provided clips as I record the last X seconds of gameplay.

Any other proof you have There is a possibility that the clips are not properly uploaded so I uploaded the videos to youtube instead.
