What is the accused persons SteamID? [U:1:365890671]
What rules has the reported player broken? Mass freekill (Sadly unrecorded), baiting then killing people trying to hit him, and attempts and killing the entire RED team with the Machina. He succeeded at this the round before I started recording, but every time after that he failed.
