What is the reason of the report? I've caught him cheating in casual with wallhacks and silentaimbot and I know that he plays on blackwonder sometimes, he probably cheats on blackwonder servers too so that's why I'm reporting him.

He only blatant cheats on casual, but why can't you ban him? i remember pimping used hacks on casual and he got banned on blackwonder

He probably got banned by our anti cheat or some other admin get him in the act, but without proof of him hacking in a blackwonder server i can't do much, sorry.
