I couldn't find his profile or Id, but I think you can do it with /status while watching the demo.

If you go to your profile > friends > recently played with. You will be able to find him if you played with him recently. And you can't type status in console on a demo to get steamID and names if I remember right.

Thanks, the status method doesn't work with me for some reason but I did manage to find him in "Recently played with". I'll add the ID now.
