Can I just redirect you tothispost? A snapshot of the console isn't really sufficient evidence. I would love to assist you, but as so many people cry "freekill!" on JB, we admins really need demos. We cannot, for example, see whether or not the guy had a mic, or if he really did freekill, so if you could provide us with video evidence in the future, that would be awesome.
