What is the reason of the report?
Another person (or maye even the alt of the person I recently helped report against) threatened to exploit within the UU server since he was mad that he couldn't find better means of upgrading on the server. He then resorted to crashing the server.
WARNING: this guy shows alot of similarities to person reported in this thread: https://blackwonder.tf/threads/report-against-razor.15638/
I suspect he is on an alt as their attitudes are almost in-coincidental.
We teased with him telling him that we would record if we did catch him exploiting and then he just proceeded to crash the server along immediately after we said this, leaving me no reaction time to pull up the console and to start spectating him. (I mean if someone knew how to crash the server at any moment at any time, how are we supposed to know the exact moment he's gonna do it?)
he also left his little signature "!killserver" in the chatbox.
- I was not able to record him this time as I was about to pull up the console menu and start a demo to see what would happen but it was all in an instant.

Any other proof you have I also have a friend that was on the same server capturing it from a different perspective as well, not sure if this will help my case but I just want to be rid of these server crashers that always reset the progress we had going on the server:
