Who are you Reporting? Adorable Kitten

What is the accused persons SteamID? STEAM_0:0:180423127

What rules has the reported player broken? Reporting because of Alternate account of prevoiusly banned "Kitten's Kyo" because he was impersonating staff(STEAM_0:1:98700003)
but now in this account he is hacking, aimbot and wallhack.
I now a hacker when I see one, because I've experiencied gameplay with many hackers on valve servers and orange servers.
The proof I have is kills in the console and chat users complaining about it.

I can't really tell if this is just him playing really good as a sniper or just hacking, Sadly enough.
If you had recorded him at that time with a demo and then attached it to the thread and it turns out he was really hacking he was going to be permanently banned on both accounts.
however i don't know how is this account is linked to the other account, i don't know how you know it's the same person.

However, calling someone a hacker with screenshots that can be tempered with... or let's say not that much of a ""Solid"" evidence for calling someone a hacker, i don't think i can ban him with this little amount and not "Solid" proof.

Again, from the screenshots i can only tell that the player is either what you claimed he is, or he is just a really good player.

When you call someone a hacker you need a solid proof, aka a video of him hacking for at least 10 seconds is good enough.

As to be seen, they do are connected to eachother.

So we can tell he is aware on how to use hacks, ofcourse this does not mean he did use them because we don't have evidence.

I found that he has been banned on a different community with one of those two accounts and as comment it said "Player is IP banned on a different account." But it's not the other account so I'm trying to find back what his third account is.

Adding the comments of the other players on the server and the lots of quickkills on the console, he must be either good or hacking. So I'll try to keep an eye open tomorrow on those two accounts if one connects.

Both are not the ones that are IP banned on that community so there there is still another account out there.

As we all know he was banned in the account "76561198321111982"
we used logic and connected the dots, he and this account "76561198157665735" are in around 5 same groups, as well as if you check the comments you will see only the main account's comments in there, as well as both of them has similar previous names, and they are friends.
And thus we confirmed that "76561198157665735" is the main account of all the alt accounts we found. ----------

and thus we made the connection that both of them are the same person. ---------
