What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:0:6542522
What is the reason of the report? Abusing latespawning on Deathrun #2 server. Basically, he purposely rejoins the server when the round ends and joins spectate as the round is about to start. When it does, he joins BLU and then he's able to activate traps when it's not his turn to do so. He also tried countering it to me when it was my turn to activate and asked me how I was BLU. I'll provide a link to the screenshots in the proof section. He's a veteran of the server and should know better than to do this.
