I usually let the "Dead's off mic" bit pass unabated, but doing it while I'm actively trying to make sure warden doesn't LR deny is both unhelpful and braindead. Normal procedure would be a mute, which would also be a slay since you're on blue team, but I decided to be nice and forego the actual punishment since I don't think you actually meant any harm.
As for my reaction after the fact, if you want people to have positive reactions to your jokes you should probably consider finding some fresh material instead of beating the dead horse.

You already helped him, he figured it out by the time I said anything. I did not interrupt you while you were assisting. And if everyone was required to be helpful and intelligent, the whole JB community would have to be banned. Slaying me for making a stupid joke is ridiculous and abusive.

You're good, I'm pretty sure I remember what you're talking about. You were the last remaining player on Space Jail as a freeday, and usually freedays should be given an opportunity to rebel or slay themselves to avoid round delay. You however had done the A-pose glitch, thus as it was basically impossible for you to rebel I slayed you to speed things up.

Being obnoxious is punishable. Look it up on Sourcebans, I'm far and away from the only person to have commblocked for it, and again, all you got was a slay.

You were being mass smited by a staff member and said nothing of it. Now despite what it may seem to you and said staff I don't actually bear any ill will towards either of you, though I may vocally disapprove of your actions from time to time. I've actually been quite lenient with you in particular Kimmel due to your activity in the reports section. Perhaps I'm simply reaching, but on the off chance this is some sort of attempt at payback or even a coup from the two of you, I'd encourage you to reconsider. Many have already tried, most of which were better and more influential than you all.

Sure i'll admit it is a dumb joke, but one bad joke is not against the rules. Just because you think what you did was merciful or gracious it is still unwarrented. I said 3 words to you in jest which would not have effected the round. This instance is not comparable to users being muted for acting as a constant nuisance. No team member has punished me for this other than you, most shrug it off and carry on. You did not use your powers to benefit the server, but as a selfish defense against a silly joke that you felt was bad. In this thread you initially claim I was interfering with your instructions (completely wrong), then you claim I was being obnoxious. It is obvious you punished me first, then scrambled to find what rule I broke, it is backwards and an abuse of power. As I said in my comment above, if this small infraction constitutes a mute the majority of active players would be perm muted. Your response to me afterwards saying "Well now you're dead, so deads have to be off mic right?" is petty and shows that this was personal.

This is irrelevant and occurred under different circumstances. I was already dead when this happened, I do not feel this was admin abuse as it did not effect my game play.

I don't know you enough to have any opinions of you, and I would hope you don't think you have me figured out either. I never break the rules on purpose, and when I do they are honest mistakes that I've paid for with acceptance. When I feel a punishment is unwarranted, I speak up. This is not something I should have been slayed or muted for. You talk as if I am an active rabble-rouser, or a jailbrak goon in your terms. I try to be a fun and friendly user on the server, I help new players be warden, I help players understand the rules, I have made many friends here, and I feel am a good addition to this community that I've come to love. I have slowed my reporting to instead teach and forgive newer users. I do not appreciate these strange accusations of payback or a fucking coup. This is far reaching and insulting to me. I am not this backstabbing player you think I am. I am not trying overthrow the leadership team here, I think BLW has the best staff of the popular JB servers. As I said above I don't know you enough to have any vendettas or ill will towards you. You may not see it but, I try to keep BLW a fun and reasonable place, this is not fun or reasonable. I think generally you are a great addition to the staff and am by no means trying to get you to step down or to be removed from the team. I would simply like you to see that you overstepped your position of power and abused it because I made a single joke that you personally thought was obnoxious.

Hello Kimmel,
after looking through this report, I can understand your perspective that it was unjustified to be smited after making a joke. You were, however, clogging up comms by making that comment, and did overtalk the warden for a little bit, which, considering the situation, was not that good an idea, as the warden was obviously new, struggling and trying his best. On top of this, you're a JB regular, and you've been making this same joke over and over, which would slowly make it obnoxious and intrusive.

If this were your first time, 10k smiting you without warning would've been an overreaction, but given the fact that this is not the first time you're telling this joke, and there was a new warden already struggling, I believe that he was justified in doing so.

I'll be closing this report.
