What is the reason of the report? Sticky trapping/ camping Reds while in armory.
Any other proof you have Tick 48204: Lulu is camping as Demoman in ba_space_jail_v17 using crit stickies to trap the entrance when Reds had unlocked the armory. (Sticky traps aren't allowed in the server in the first place.)
